We all encounter challenges and difficulties at some points in our lives. Often these occur at times of change, uncertainty, isolation or stress. They may relate to a specific event or situation (past or present), or issues connected with:

Individual therapy enables you to speak about and reflect upon your concerns, in a confidential, non-judgemental and interactive environment. This helps you to:
